How to package your Victory for returns
Please follow these instructions whenever you are packaging a Victory for a repair or warranty return.
JetBlack Victory is a precision electronic training device.
Correct packaging is critical to prevent damage in transit.
Damage caused by poor packaging will void warranty and severely delay your claim, so please follow the instructions carefully.
Before You Pack
For warranty or service returns, DO NOT send:
-
❌ Trainer legs
-
❌ Thru Axle
-
❌ Zwift Click controllers
-
❌ Any accessories not requested by our team
Unless specifically instructed, we only require the trainer body.
You must also clearly write your:
Return Authorisation (RA) Number on the OUTSIDE of the box
Returns without an RA number may be delayed.
Scenario 1: 30-Day “Love to Ride” Returns
If you are returning under our 30-Day Love to Ride Policy, you must return:
-
✅ Trainer
-
✅ All accessories originally included
-
✅ All cables
-
✅ Manuals
-
✅ The original inner packaging
-
✅ The original outer carton
The unit must be returned in as-new condition, including the carton.
If original packaging is damaged or missing, additional fees may apply.
Scenario 2: Warranty / Repair Return (You Have the Original Box)
This is the safest and preferred method.
Steps:
-
Remove the legs (if attached).
-
Place the trainer back into the original foam inserts.
-
Ensure the trainer is fully supported and cannot move inside the carton.
-
Seal the carton securely with strong packing tape.
-
Clearly write your RA number on the outside.
The original packaging was specifically engineered to protect the metal disc and electronics, using it significantly reduces transit risk.
Scenario 3: Warranty / Repair Return (No Original Box Available)
If you no longer have the original packaging, follow these instructions carefully.
