Is VICTORY Smart trainer compatible with 24" bikes?

The Victory is designed for bikes using a 26’,29” 0r 700c rear wheel. Using a 24” bike would require the user to check the frame geometry fits the trainer without clashing with the frame. The user would also need to spec their 24” bike with a 9 to 12 sped chain. If this is done and frame fits, the 24" bike will be compatible.
