      Does the VOLT have a strain gauge?

      Let the firmware take the strain

      JetBlack decided early in the piece not to use a strain gauge on the JetBlack VOLT™ EMS Smart Trainer. With the huge range of results gathered from testing many power meters and the added problems associated with shipping and handling, air flow, humidity, mechanical design it was decided to use firmware to predict the power output (watts) on the VOLT.
