How often should I perform a Spin Down calibration?

From time to time you will need to check the calibration of your JetBlack VOLT™ EMS Smart Trainer. You will need the JetBlack Cycling App to do this.

We recommend performing the Spin down once a month. Only use the JetBlack Cycling App to perform the Spin down on the Volt Trainer.
