HOW TO UPDATE VICTORY FIRMWARE:
Ensure you have the most up to date JetBlack trainer app for Android or IOS before updating firmware.
- Open the JetBlack App and go to “Settings.”
- Select “Firmware Update.”
- If an update is available, select “Update.”
- Note: Firmware updates can only be done over Bluetooth.

Firmware 4.17 notes:
After a recent Zwift update, our Android customers identified a bug affecting their Victory, showing up as no power and only cadence showing in Zwift app and Zwift companion app. We have attended to this with a firmware update which is suitable for all device users.
- Fix for Zwift Companion app and Zwift Android app connection if no power, and only cadence showing in Zwift game and companion app.
Note: ensure you have the latest JetBlack app installed before updating to 4.17 and the latest Zwift and Zwift companion app.
If you do not need to update, you can choose not to. It will not be pushed to your device. You can update to the latest firmware at any time.
